Merge tag 'locking-urgent-2026-04-24' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/tip/tip
Pull locking fixes from Ingo Molnar:
- Fix ww_mutex regression, which caused hangs/pauses in some DRM drivers
- Fix rtmutex proxy-rollback bug
