Revert "docs: landlock: fix ENOMSG condition in create_ruleset kernel-doc"
This reverts commit 2ef355c4e68648b9ba77d39c1b0129d06c0c18a2.
This issue was fixed independently by commit dfec62ac8b246 ("landlock:
Enforce namespace use restrictions"); I should never have really applied
this one in the first place.
