Documentation/ABI: add kexec and kdump sysfs interface
Add an ABI document for following kexec and kdump sysfs interface:
- /sys/kernel/kexec_loaded
- /sys/kernel/kexec_crash_loaded
- /sys/kernel/kexec_crash_size
- /sys/kernel/crash_elfcorehdr_size
