Merge updates of assorted thermal drivers for 7.1-rc1 from Daniel

 - Used max() macro to increase readibility in the Broadcom STB thermal
   sensor (Thorsten Blum)

 - Removed stale @trim_offset kernel-doc entry (John Madieu)"
