mfd: max77705: Make max77705_pm_ops variable static
File-scope 'max77705_pm_ops' is not used outside of this unit, so make
it static to silence sparse warning:
max77705.c:160:1: warning: symbol 'max77705_pm_ops' was not declared. Should it be static?
