btrfs: rename remaining exported functions from extent-io-tree.h
Rename the remaning exported functions that don't have a 'btrfs_' prefix. By convention exported functions should have such prefix to make it clear they are btrfs specific and to avoid collisions with functions from elsewhere in the kernel.
