Merge tag 'bitmap-for-v7.1' of https://github.com/norov/linux
Pull bitmap updates from Yury Norov:
- new API: bitmap_weight_from() and bitmap_weighted_xor() (Yury)
- drop unused __find_nth_andnot_bit() (Yury)
