ARM/arm64: defconfig: Drop redundant Qualcomm clock entries
Drop all drivers from defconfig which have defaults in Kconfig. Drop
also MDM_LCC_9615 which is gone since commit bac4675a4d1b ("clk: qcom:
drop lcc-mdm9615 in favour of lcc-msm8960").
