staging: iio: light: IQS253 capacitive sensor
This patch set addresses the following
- In normal mode, IQS253 supports proximity detection upto 2 cm
- In stylus mode, i.e., when AP is in suspend, it acts as a wake up
- Also, DT bindings for IQS253 are added
