Pull more Kbuild fixes from Masahiro Yamada:
- fix scripts/kallsyms.c to correctly check too long symbol names
- fix sh build error for the combination of CONFIG_OF_EARLY_FLATTREE=y
and CONFIG_USE_BUILTIN_DTB=n
