MAINTAINERS: Change ARM Visconti5 architecture maintenance status to Odd Fixes
ARM Visconti5 architecture is not currently actively maintained. However,
if patches are submitted, the fix would be applied.
Therefore, this changes the maintenance status to 'Odd Fixes'.
