LoongArch: KVM: Remove duplicated checking with DMSI irq injection

There are some duplicated error checking in DMSI interrupt injection
function, and vcpu::arch::dmsintc_state is an embeded structure rather
than a pointer, NULL pointer checking for dmsintc_state is unnecessary.
Here remove all these unnecessary checking.
