Merge branch 'pci/controller/dwc-dra7xx'
- Remove device links to PHY, which are redundant because the PHY core
itself adds them (Vladimir Oltean)
- Fix optional clock leak when .probe() fails by using
devm_clk_get_optional_enabled() (Felix Gu)
