toradex_defconfig: enable POWER_RESET_GPIO and POWER_RESET_GPIO_RESTARTtoradex_ti-linux-6.1.y
Enable GPIO-based power on-off and restart functionality.
This enables Aquila AM69 on-module GPIO-based power state
signals CTRL_RESET_MICO# and PWR_DOWN_REQ for power reset
and power on-off functionality respectively.
