My name is stamped into maintainership for a big slew of DT bindings. Now that it is changing, switch it over to my kernel.org mail address, which will hopefully be stable for the rest of my life. 2025-11-06dt-bindings: net: dsa: lantiq, gswip: add support for MaxLinear GSW1xx switchesDaniel Golle
Extend the Lantiq GSWIP device tree binding to also cover MaxLinear GSW1xx switches which are based on the same hardware IP but connected via MDIO instead of being memory-mapped. Add compatible strings for MaxLinear GSW120, GSW125, GSW140, GSW141, and GSW145 switches and adjust the schema to handle the different connection methods with conditional properties. Add MaxLinear GSW125 example showing MDIO-connected configuration. 2025-11-06dt-bindings: net: dsa: lantiq, gswip: add support for MII delay propertiesDaniel Golle
Add support for standard tx-internal-delay-ps and rx-internal-delay-ps properties on port nodes to allow fine-tuning of RGMII clock delays. The GSWIP switch hardware supports delay values in 500 picosecond increments from 0 to 3500 picoseconds, with a post-reset default of 2000 picoseconds for both TX and RX delays. The driver currently sets the delay to 0 in case the PHY is setup to carry out the delay by the corresponding interface modes ("rgmii-id", "rgmii-rxid", "rgmii-txid"). This corresponds to the driver changes that allow adjusting MII delays using Device Tree properties instead of relying solely on the PHY interface mode. 2025-11-06dt-bindings: net: dsa: lantiq, gswip: add MaxLinear RMII refclk output propertyDaniel Golle
Add support for the maxlinear,rmii-refclk-out boolean property on port nodes to configure the RMII reference clock to be an output rather than an input. This property is only applicable for ports in RMII mode and allows the switch to provide the reference clock for RMII-connected PHYs instead of requiring an external clock source. This corresponds to the driver changes that read this Device Tree property to configure the RMII clock direction. 2025-09-22dt-bindings: net: dsa: microchip: Add strap description to set SPI modeBastien Curutchet (Schneider Electric)
At reset, KSZ8463 uses a strap-based configuration to set SPI as interface bus. 2025-06-27dt-bindings: dsa: Rewrite Micrel KS8995 in schemaLinus Walleij
After studying the datasheets for some of the KS8995 variants it becomes pretty obvious that this is a straight-forward and simple MII DSA switch with one port in (CPU) and four outgoing ports, and it even supports custom tags by setting a bit in a special register, and elaborate VLAN handling as all DSA switches do. What is a bit odd with KS8995 is that it uses an extra MII-P5 port to access one of the PHYs separately, on the side of the switch fabric, such as when using a WAN port separately from a LAN switch in a home router. Rewrite the terse bindings to YAML, and move to the proper subdirectory. Include a verbose example to make things clear. 2023-10-25dt-bindings: marvell: Add Marvell MV88E6060 DSA schemaLinus Walleij
The Marvell MV88E6060 is one of the oldest DSA switches from Marvell, and it has DT bindings used in the wild. Let's define them properly. It is different enough from the rest of the MV88E6xxx switches that it deserves its own binding. 2023-10-25dt-bindings: marvell: Rewrite MV88E6xxx in schemaLinus Walleij
This is an attempt to rewrite the Marvell MV88E6xxx switch bindings in YAML schema. The current text binding says: WARNING: This binding is currently unstable. Do not program it into a FLASH never to be changed again. Once this binding is stable, this warning will be removed. Well that never happened before we switched to YAML markup, we can't have it like this, what about fixing the mess?
