tdx-reference-minimal-image: drop ';' from ROOTFS_POSTPROCESS_COMMANDHEADmaster

ROOTFS_POSTPROCESS_COMMAND is a space separated list of functions. With
a trailing ';', the entries do not name a function at parse time, so
add_rootfs_version and add_home_root_symlink are not part of the
do_rootfs signature and changes to them do not trigger a rebuild.

Since openembedded-core commit 581816d6ce0a ("image, populate_sdk_base:
warn on ';' in *_COMMAND function lists"), this also emits:

  ROOTFS_POSTPROCESS_COMMAND contains ';' but is a space separated list of functions

Drop the ';' delimiters.
