tdxref no longer needs meta-toradex-distro in the bitbake-setup layer
stack. The distro metadata required by tdx-xwayland now lives in
meta-toradex-demos, and BSP source uprev tooling no longer depends on
the old distro layer.
Drop it from BBLAYERS and the sources.

Only one Toradex distro is available now, tdx-xwayland.
Select it by default and drop the obsolete distro picker.
Remove the obsolete default-distro-for-machine fragment.

The old repo flow configured DEPLOY_DIR through the generated local.conf
sample. bitbake-setup does not use that sample, so tdxref builds would
fall back to OE's default deploy location under TMPDIR.
Enable the Toradex deploy layout fragment by default so deploy artifacts
continue to be written outside TMPDIR and multiconfig deploy output
stays separated. This keeps the old build layout behaviour without
making it an interactive setup choice.

The official Git repositories for bitbake, openembedded-core and
meta-openembedded are all at git.openembedded.org. In the past, we used
to point to Github instead, also in our repo tool manifests.
Switch to the official git repositories.

Starting from wrynose, bitbake-setup is officially released. It provides
tooling to set up build, including layers, source revisions and OE
configuration fragments in a controlled manner.
Previously, Toradex used the "repo" tool to provide "manifests" of known
versions to users to set up their builds. This is fully independent from
the Yocto layers, and is still functional.
Implement a bitbake-setup "Registry" here in meta-toradex-demos, to
provide build setup information in the same location as build metadata.
In master, we will only keep the configurations that apply to master.
Later branches, such as wrynose, will have configurations that apply to
that branch.
