| Added manifests for common-torizon on master branch. This should be used only with the next.xml, since default and intefration does not make sense for master builds. The hashes were copied from scarthgap, therefore they will likely fail for these manifets. Use next.xml only for now. For synaptics, there is no master branch on their SDK, therefore we are keeping the scarthgap one. The next.xml for synaptics will likely fail as well.
