common: update: UPDATE_COMMON implies CMD_TFTPBOOT
common/update.c (UPDATE_COMMON) depends on tftp_timeout_ms which is
defined in cmd/tftp.c (CMD_TFTPBOOT). Therefore add the appropriate
imply statement to Kconfig.
