2025-05-08ARM: tegra: set default SYS_CONFIG_NAME from SoC KconfigSvyatoslav Ryhel
Since most boards now use the same generic device config header, move its setup to SoC Kconfig instead of setting SYS_CONFIG_NAME in each board's Kconfig. Signed-off-by: Svyatoslav Ryhel <clamor95@gmail.com>
2025-04-12ARM: tegra: replace per-device config headers with generic TegraSvyatoslav Ryhel
Most device headers contain SoC specific part and common Tegra post part. Add a generic header which can be used by any Tegra device of one of the supported SoC generations (T20, T30, T114, T124 or T210) without need in device specific configuration. 2025-04-12ARM: tegra: convert CFG_TEGRA_BOARD_STRING into Kconfig optionSvyatoslav Ryhel
Convert CFG_TEGRA_BOARD_STRING into Kconfig option and move it into device board Kconfig. Signed-off-by: Svyatoslav Ryhel <clamor95@gmail.com>
2024-10-13Merge branch 'staging' of https://source.denx.de/u-boot/custodians/u-boot-tegraTom Rini
Assorted Tegra enhancements. Merged with the recent XPL_BUILD changes, resolve some whitespace issues and fix the name of the new apalis-tk1 env file by Tom. Signed-off-by: Tom Rini <trini@konsulko.com>
2024-10-13board: htc: endeavoru: simplify RCM hookSvyatoslav Ryhel
Use SPL GPIO functions to simplify RCM hook on HTC One X. Signed-off-by: Svyatoslav Ryhel <clamor95@gmail.com>
2024-10-13board: tegra: convert boards to text envSvyatoslav Ryhel
Convert boards to use text based env. This is the first stage of conversion, common inclusions should be converted next. Acked-by: Francesco Dolcini <francesco.dolcini@toradex.com> # Toradex Apalis TK1 Reviewed-by: Simon Glass <sjg@chromium.org> Signed-off-by: Svyatoslav Ryhel <clamor95@gmail.com>
2024-10-11board: Use CONFIG_XPL_BUILD instead of CONFIG_SPL_BUILDSimon Glass
Use the new symbol to refer to any 'SPL' build, including TPL and VPL Signed-off-by: Simon Glass <sjg@chromium.org>
2024-01-05board: htc: endeavoru: add an early SPL RCM hookSvyatoslav Ryhel
Unlike all other supported Tegra devices and most known Tegra devices, the HTC One X has no hardware way to enter APX/RCM mode, which may lead to a dangerous situation when, if BCT is set correctly and the bootloader is faulty, the device will hang in a permanent brick state. Exiting from this state can be done only by disassembling the device and shortening the testpad to the ground. To prevent this or to minimize the probability of such an accident, it was proposed to add the RCM rebooting hook as early into SPL as possible since SPL is much more robust and has minimal changes that can break bootflow. gpio_early_init_uart() function was chosen as it is the earliest function exposed for setup by the device. Hook performs a check for volume up button state and triggers RCM if it is pressed. Signed-off-by: Svyatoslav Ryhel <clamor95@gmail.com>
2023-12-19board: htc: endeavoru: switch to DM pinmuxSvyatoslav Ryhel
Drop the pinmux setup in the board in favor of setting it up in the device tree. Device tree nodes match nodes used for the Linux device tree and are set according to the downstream kernel.  Signed-off-by: Svyatoslav Ryhel <clamor95@gmail.com>
2023-11-28board: endeavoru: convert HTC One X to use DM PMICSvyatoslav Ryhel
Since required drivers were merged, we can safely clean up the board and switch to DM based driver with device tree support. Signed-off-by: Svyatoslav Ryhel <clamor95@gmail.com>
2023-11-03board: tegra30: remove nvidia_board_late_init callsSvyatoslav Ryhel
Remove nvidia_board_late_init calls from board since this setup is performed in board2 of mach-tegra. Call of nvidia_board_late_init from within the board does not provide any additional data. 2023-06-30board: htc: endeavoru: add One X supportSvyatoslav Ryhel
The HTC One X is a touchscreen-based, slate-sized smartphone designed and manufactured by HTC that runs the Android operating system. The One X features a 4.7" display, an Nvidia Tegra 3 quad-core chip, 1 GB of RAM and non-extendable 32 GB of internal storage. UART-A is default debug port.
