Rename directory board/renesas/rcar-common to board/renesas/common and
move files. This allows the build system to use HAVE_VENDOR_COMMON_LIB
which automatically includes board/$(VENDOR)/common/Makefile . Create
temporarily empty board/renesas/common/Makefile to be extended with
actual content later in this series. This is a preparatory patch for
board Makefile simplification. No functional change so far.

Rename rmobile.h to renesas.h because all the chips are made
by Renesas, while only a subset of them is from the R-Mobile
line.
Use the following command to perform the rename:
"
$ git grep -l 'include.*rmobile.h' | \
xargs -I {} sed -i '/include.*rmobile.h/ s@rmobile.h@renesas.h@g' {}
"

The header file is not necessary in either of those files,
remove it as common.h is going away.
Include missing asm/arch/rmobile.h in board/renesas/rcar-common/v3-common.c
to prevent build failure of r8a77970_eagle r8a779a0_falcon r8a77980_v3hsk
and r8a77970_v3msk .
Include missing asm/u-boot.h in falcon.c and grpeach.c to fix build failure
due to missing definition of struct bd_info . Include errno.h in grpeach.c
to fix build error due to missing definition of EINVAL.

Introduce weak default board_init() in rcar-common/common.c , which
allows complete removal of ebisu.c and condor.c at the same time .

Pull common board initialization code from V3M Eagle board
into rcar-common/v3-common.c so it can be re-used by other
V3M/V3H boards.
