The include file <command.h> does not need anything from <env.h>.
Furthermore, include/env.h itself includes other headers which can lead
to longer indirect inclusion paths. To prepare to remove <env.h> from
<command.h> fix all of the places which had relied on this indirect
inclusion to instead include <env.h> directly.

After adding the U_BOOT_LONGHELP macro some new commands came in still
that were not making use if it. Switch these cases over and in a few
places add missing newlines as well.

When bringing in the series 'arm: dts: am62-beagleplay: Fix Beagleplay
Ethernet"' I failed to notice that b4 noticed it was based on next and
so took that as the base commit and merged that part of next to master.
This reverts commit c8ffd1356d42223cbb8c86280a083cc3c93e6426, reversing
changes made to 2ee6f3a5f7550de3599faef9704e166e5dcace35.

This old patch was marked as deferred. Bring it back to life, to continue
towards the removal of common.h
Move this out of the common header and include it only where needed.

There are a few commands that iterate uclass with
uclass_first_device/uclass_next_device or the _err variant.
Use the _check class iterator variant to get devices that fail to probe
as well, and print the status.

- argv[2] contains <channel> arg, variable for env_set is in argv[3]
- number of args is 4

If argc is not < 3, it must be >= 3.
If argc >= 3, argv[2] cannot be NULL.

Add the ability to save ADC conversion result in an environment
variable. This is useful for further arbitrary processing by the
U-Boot scripts.

Reporting the return value should always be done on error conditions,
this way the developer can start debugging issues with more knowledge
in-hand.

We should not use typedefs in U-Boot. They cannot be used as forward
declarations which means that header files must include the full header to
access them.
Drop the typedef and rename the struct to remove the _s suffix which is
now not useful.
This requires quite a few header-file additions.

Add new option to 'adc' command to do a single scan of:
- some channel(s), using mask argument
- all channels available on an ADC device (when optional mask is omitted).
