The CROS_EC_KEYB functionality can only work with CROS_EC enabled, so
express this dependency in Kconfig, for all build phases.

As exposed by "make randconfig", we have an issue with the dependencies
for BUTTON_KEYBOARD. This needs to also depend on DM_GPIO, and then
select BUTTON as well as BUTTON_GPIO, in order to meet all its
requirements.

CPCAP has a dedicated interrupt for power button. Implement this to have
more input control over the devices.

Remove need of dts binding for button keyboard since it reuses
gpio-keys binding. Select gpio-keys driver if button keyboard
is selected since button keyboard can not operate on its own.

Bootmenu requires an input device with arrows and enter key.
A common smartphone luckily has power, volume up/down buttons,
which may be used for controlling bootmenu.
To use driver, add 'button-kbd' to stdin.

This driver adds support for the keyboard on Apple Silicon laptops.
The controller for this keyboard sits on an SPI bus and uses an
Apple-specific HID over SPI protocol. The packets sent by this
controller for key presses and key releases are fairly simple and
are decoded directly by the code in this driver and converted into
standard Linux keycodes. The same controller handles the touchpad
found on these laptops. Packets for touchpad events are simply
ignored.

Migrate TEGRA_KEYBOARD from headers to Kconfig, only the seaboard uses it but we
drop CONFIG_KEYBOARD as the driver doesn't use the legacy drv_keyboard_init.

Creating multiple entries of "config FOO" often gives us bad
experiences. In this case, we should specify "default X86"
as platforms that want this keyboard by default.

Since both I2C and SPI are converted to Kconfig, we can convert cros_ec
to Kconfig for these buses.
LPC will need to wait until driver mode PCI is available.
