On Qualcomm systems, the setup buffer and even buffers are in
a bad state at interrupt handling, so invalidate the dcache lines
for the setup_buf and event buffer to make sure we read correct
data written by the hardware.
This fixes the following error:
dwc3-generic-peripheral usb@a600000: UNKNOWN IRQ type -1
dwc3-generic-peripheral usb@a600000: UNKNOWN IRQ type 4673109
and invalid situation in dwc3_gadget_giveback() because setup_buf content
is read at 0s and leads to fatal crash fixed by [1].

Since setup_buf is also consumed by hardware DMA, aligns it's
allocation like other hardware buffers by introduce setup_buf_addr
populated by dma_alloc_coherent(), and use it to pass the physical
address of the buffer to the hardware.

For some reason none of these debug prints have newlines, resulting in a
"fun" surprise when attempting to debug this driver.
The other parts of the dwc3 driver have newlines, add them here too (and
fix some minor nearby indent issues to make checkpatch happy).

When bringing in the series 'arm: dts: am62-beagleplay: Fix Beagleplay
Ethernet"' I failed to notice that b4 noticed it was based on next and
so took that as the base commit and merged that part of next to master.
This reverts commit c8ffd1356d42223cbb8c86280a083cc3c93e6426, reversing
changes made to 2ee6f3a5f7550de3599faef9704e166e5dcace35.

At present dm/device.h includes the linux-compatible features. This
requires including linux/compat.h which in turn includes a lot of headers.
One of these is malloc.h which we thus end up including in every file in
U-Boot. Apart from the inefficiency of this, it is problematic for sandbox
which needs to use the system malloc() in some files.
Move the compatibility features into a separate header file.

When U-Boot started using SPDX tags we were among the early adopters and
there weren't a lot of other examples to borrow from. So we picked the
area of the file that usually had a full license text and replaced it
with an appropriate SPDX-License-Identifier: entry. Since then, the
Linux Kernel has adopted SPDX tags and they place it as the very first
line in a file (except where shebangs are used, then it's second line)
and with slightly different comment styles than us.
In part due to community overlap, in part due to better tag visibility
and in part for other minor reasons, switch over to that style.
This commit changes all instances where we have a single declared
license in the tag as both the before and after are identical in tag
contents. There's also a few places where I found we did not have a tag
and have introduced one.

The dwc3_flush_cache() call was declared and used inconsistently:
* The declaration assumed 'int' for addresses (a potential issue
when running in a LP64 memory model).
* The invocation cast the address to 'long'.
This change ensures that both the declaration and usage of this
function consistently uses 'uintptr_t' for correct behaviour even
when the allocated buffers (to be flushed) reside outside of the
lower 32bits of memory.

dwc3 can do only max packet aligned transfers. So in case request length
is not max packet aligned and is bigger than DWC3_EP0_BOUNCE_SIZE
two chained TRBs is required to handle the transfer.

In the linux kernel, non cacheable buffers are used. However in uboot
since there are no APIs to allocate non cacheable memory, all
the buffers should be flushed before using it.

Removed most of the trace_* APIs from dwc3 driver since tracepoints are not
supported in u-boot. Replaced some of the trace_* API with dev_dbg/dev/vdbg.
