Replace '#if DEBUG' with '#ifdef DEBUG', otherwise '#define DEBUG 1'
should be used and conflict with '#define DEBUG' in include/log.h

Add trdc_mbc_blk_num to get num blks in a MBC mem slot, then drop
the hardcoded value '40' for NIC OCRAM configuration.

When bringing in the series 'arm: dts: am62-beagleplay: Fix Beagleplay
Ethernet"' I failed to notice that b4 noticed it was based on next and
so took that as the base commit and merged that part of next to master.
This reverts commit c8ffd1356d42223cbb8c86280a083cc3c93e6426, reversing
changes made to 2ee6f3a5f7550de3599faef9704e166e5dcace35.

Remove <common.h> from all mach-imx, CPU specific sub-directories and
include/asm/arch-mx* files and when needed add missing include files
directly.

Add TRDC driver to iMX9. The TRDC init splits to two phases:
1. Early init phase will release TRDC from Sentinel and open write
permission to the memory where SPL image runs. Sentinel will set
the memory to RX only after ROM authentication for the OEM
closed part.
2. Init phase will configure TRDC to allow non-secure master to
access DDR. So the peripherals can work in u-boot.
