Add support for R-Car Gen3/Gen4 and RZ/G2 thermal sensors.
Fuse readout support is present, including fallback trimming.
Example usage using the 'temperature' command on R-Car V4H Sparrow Hawk:

The TMU used on iMX93 is IP revision 2.1 which is different with previous
revision used on iMX8MQ. So add a new FLAG V4 for this revision to
distinguish the operations.

The dra7xx series of SOCs contain a temperature sensor and an
associated analog-to-digital converter (ADC) which produces
an output which is proportional to the SOC temperature.
Add support for this temperature sensor.
